How can I change my withdrawal settings?

To change your withdrawal settings, go to "Settings" tab on your account dashboard. We currently support only Perfect Money and Bitcoin as withdrawal methods.

Verification email not received?

If you cannot find the verification link in your email, it's likely that it is being blocked by your email settings, or by a security filter.

To fix this, please try the following
  • click on the forgot password link https://www.pennywisewealthmanagement.com/forgot-password to get another email to verify your account.
I can't remember my password
In the event you forget your password, please use the following steps to successfully reset your password:
  • Visit the Forgotten Password Reset page.
  • Enter your email address and click "reset password."
  • This will send an email to the email address you entered. You must click the link in the email to open the new password page.
  • Type in the new password you want to use, twice, and click the confirmation button.
  • You can now use your new password to Sign In.

Why is my ID Verification delayed?

Why am I being asked to verify my identity?

ID verification is required to prevent fraud and keep the community safe. It also adds an extra layer of security by ensuring no one but you have access to your account.In some cases, we require an additional verification in order to enable or continue investing with us.


WHY THE DELAY IN COMPLETING ID VERIFICATION :

ID verification is usually completed within 7 to 10 working days. However in some cases it may be longer as a result of the following reasons

  1. Late response from the authorities of the ID issuing country confirming the authenticity of the document.
  2. Inability to read the details on the documents.
  3. Providing forged ID documnets

When uploading your photo ID through Email attachment

  • Ensure that your document is valid and not expired, without hole punches or other modifications
  • Ensure your document is in a well-lit area without glare. Natural sunlight is best
  • Photograph the entire document and avoid cutting off any corners or sides
  • Ensure the ID is fully visible and in focus

How to make a deposit?

You can use any of the available payment options to make your investment deposit. Bitcoin,Perfect Money or Payeer.

BItcoin: You are required to login to your account section and go to new deposit to get a unique bitcoin number generated by your account.From your bitcoin wallet make a deposit of the amount you wish to invest with Pennywise wealth management to our bitcoin address in your account section. Please note that the bitcoin wallet address last for 1 hour. You can sign out and login again to get a new bitcoin wallet address if you are unable to finish the payment within 1 hour.

Perfect Money: You are required to click on perfect money and fill the details and confirm your payment. To ensure that your investment deposit is credited to your account immediately click on "CONTINUE" after completing the payment.

Payeer: You are required to click on payeer and fill the details and confirm your payment and click Checkout. To ensure that your investment deposit is credited to your account immediately click on "CONTINUE" after completing the payment.

I have made a deposit, but it's not credited to my account

It may take up to 48 hours for your account to show your deposit. However, if you don't see your deposit even after 48 hours, contact us with the screenshot of transaction as a proof of deposit and your account will be credited after successful verification.

How do I move my money to Pennywise?

There are two primary ways to move money to Pennywise:

    By transferring investments from an account at a different firm, and
    By linking a bank account to make cash deposits.

In addition to transfers, any customer can link their bank account to Pennywise to make cash deposits, including regular automatic deposits. To help prevent fraud, Pennywise customers can link only one bank account at a time for deposits. You can sync as many bank accounts as you wish to simply see all your assets in one place.

The shorter your timescale, the fewer risks you can afford to take. Management Fee

I paid my management fee, but my account is still restricted. What do I do?

It may take up to 24 hours to verify your payment. However, if you have paid your management fee and you account is still restricted after 24 hours, please send us the details of your transaction and your account will be restored back after payment has been verified.

What is account management fee?

We charge a one-time Investment management fee of $50.00 for any registered account that has made an investment deposit with Pennywise Wealth Management. The account management fee is applicable for any account that has invested with us. Pennywise reserves the right to change these fees. In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, Pennywise may notify selected customers of a specific fee change, where we consider a change to be of particular relevance to such customers.

Referrals

48 HOURS HAS PASSED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFERRAL COMMISSION

This may be due to any of the following reasons

  • Your referral investment deposit is not to up to the minimum $100.00 investment deposit allowed
  • Your referral investment deposit has not been processed and as a result the account not credited and active.
  • The referrl may not have registered with your referral link or there was an error when making the registeration and it did not connect to your link.

How to use the referral link?

Please note that your referral link is not supposed to be used by you. When you click on the referral link on your accounts page, the link will automatically be copied. You can then share the link with your friends and family who wish to invest with Pennwise Wealth Management. Your account with be credited with referral commission as soon as your friend registers using your link. However, this amount will remain locked until the newly registered Investor makes a deposit.

REFERRAL COMMISSION NOT ACTIVATED

Referral commision is completed and Paid into investors account within 48 hours from the time the referral makes investment deposit.

Returns

I have made a deposit, but I don't receive returns.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your deposit to confirm and show in your account. Also, the minimum deposit that we require our investors to make is $100 to be able to earn returns. If your total deposit (excluding welcome bonus) is less than $100, your account will not eligible for returns. In such a case, add more funds to your account to make your total deposit above $100 (excluding the welcome bonus) and you shall start to receive returns from the next day.

When will I get returns after I have made a deposit?

Please note that your deposit may take up to 48 hours to get activated and you shall start getting returns after 24 hours of your deposit activation.

When will I see a return on my investment?

For most investment companies It takes time to gain traction. Bearing in mind that most fail, if you do happen to invest in one that is successful, it usually takes a few years before a company would be in a position to pay dividends however for pennywise wealth management you will start seeing your returns in the next 24hrs.

Why my account has missing returns?

Please note that returns are not awarded to suspended accounts. So if your account was suspended for any reason, you will not receive returns during that time.

Can I lose more than I invest or the Money I Invest?

No. You cannot lose your money with pennywise wealth management. We have taken every measure to ensure that your money is safe.

How is Pennywise regulated to keep investors’ money safe?

Pennywise Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisory, incorporated in England and Wales with limited liability by Royal Charter 1853, under reference No. ZC18.

Pennywise offers Advice and Investment as a fiduciary, and we help you manage your money. We do this work as a legal entity—Pennywise Wealth Management LLC, which is a-registered investment Company. Your money is protected and insuring investors up to $900,000 (including $450,000 in claims for cash).

Super Saver Solution

What is Super Saver Solution?

As a VIP customer, in our Super Saver Solution, you will be the first to receive notice of our new products as we roll them out. Here is some information to guide you on the super save solution.


The super safe solution works by adding your daily returns to your investment deposit for a period of 90 days. You can make a withdrawal request during this period however your withdrawal cannot exceed request above $3,000 within a 90 days period.   

After 90 days maturity period on SSS your account will be qualified to make the first tax free withdrawal not exceeding $100,000.00. If your account remains on SSS for another 35 days after your first withdrawal, you will be qualified to make the second tax free withdrawal not exceeding $500,000.00. If you wish to withdraw any amount above $500,000.00 after the second tax-free withdrawal returns, please contact us.

The 90 days maturity period on your account starts on the day you apply for this solution, you can find the maturity date on your account profile section. Please note that the additional bonus of 3% 6% 10% is only applicable if there is no withdrawal request from your account within this 90 days period.

The bonus interest on your SSS investment will be paid on the maturity date.

Withdrawals

Can I withdraw from my Pennywise Account to my bank account?

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not support direct withdrawals from your Pennywise Account to your bank account. Withdrawals are allowed through Perfect Money and Bitcoin.

How much I can withdraw?

 Each account has a withdrawal limit based on the account usage. You should be able to see that limit when requesting a withdrawal. Please refer that and make withdrawals accordingly.

How to know how much I can withdraw?

The amount and time limitations of withdrawals allowed are clearly displayed on the withdrawals page of your Pennywise account. Please refer to the same.

To increase your withdrawal limit and reduce the withdraw time frame you are required to increase your investment deposit. Please note that the withdraw time frame is temporary and will be lifted in the coming weeks as the Covid-19 crisis reduce and our banking partners commences full operations.

How to make a withdrawal?

Deposit withdrawal: you can withdraw your complete active deposit after 90 days period from the date of your last deposit. To withdraw your deposits, go to Deposits on your dashboard and click on Withdraw button. If your deposits are available for withdraw, you will see a form where you can enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your deposits and submit the request.

Returns withdrawal: you can withdraw your returns as soon as it reached the minimum limit of $20. To withdraw your returns, go to Returns on your dashboard and click on Withdraw button. You will see a form where you can enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your returns and submit the request.

Please note that it may take up to 7 days to complete your withdrawal request.

Why is my withdrawal request still pending?

If you have not received a withdrawal that was initiated from your pennywise account, this is most likely due to your investment return not having been confirmed by the accounting department and means the transaction is still in process.

An uncompleted withdrawal will eventually either be paid into your withdrawal account once confirmed or it will be rejected (if it was not approved which is unlikely). If it is eventually rejected, don't worry. The funds will return to your pennywise account. At this point, we can only recommend that you wait to receive instruction on why your withdrawal was not approved.  

To view the current status of your withdrawal, please navigate to Accounts  > Withdrawals. Here you will see the complete status of all your withdrawals, Rejected, Processing, Pending status or Completed status.

We do everything we can to fasten the number of daily withdrawal transactions.

Why was my withdrawal not auto withdrawn and showing pending?

Due to security reasons, whenever a suspicious activity is detected, the Automatic Self Withdrawal (ASP) is disabled by the system and the withdrawal request is left pending for completion after verification. We request you to be patient. Your withdrawal request will be completed within 7 days.

WITHDRAWAL COMPLETED BUT NOT REFLECTED ON MY BITCOIN WALLET

Every bitcoin transfer goes through a mining and confirmation process before it reflects in your account. Sometimes as a result of delay or traffic on blockchain network you may experience a delay in receiving your payment on your bitcoin wallet.
